Crosstree Fund Management Limited (“Crosstree”) is committed to processing Personal data in line with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. This Privacy Statement sets out the purposes for which we collect, use and disclose (collectively “processing”) Personal data and how it is protected. It also sets outs individuals’ rights in relation to the processing of their Personal data.

References to “we”, “us” or “our” are to Crosstree, our affiliates and other group entities also acting as data controllers as part of our group operations.
Pronto CX and Crosstree have a mutual business relationship with Anschutz Sports Holdings LTD (“AEG Europe”), which has conveyed to Crosstree entitlements via a Digital Pass which is supported by native OS applications Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. In order for Crosstree to provide you with the Digital Pass, Apple/Google stipulates that the privacy statement within the Digital Pass is that of the “Merchant.” For the purposes of the Digital Pass and this Privacy Statement, the “Merchant” is Crosstree.

“Personal data” means any information relating to you but does not include data where you can no longer be identified from it such as anonymised aggregated data.

What personal data do we collect about you and what do we use it for?
For the purposes of administering the relationship between Crosstree and Pronto CX, personal data held by us or on our behalf will include, but is not necessarily limited to, your name and email address. Neither Crosstree nor Pronto CX will request any other personal information from you which includes bank details or actual credit or debit card numbers.

How do we collect this information?
We will collect Personal data about you when you provide information to us directly when you subscribe to the Digital Pass.

How will we use information about you
We will only use your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations to you which is to generate and update the Digital Pass.

Sharing of personal data
We may need to share your personal data with third parties in order fulfil our contractual obligations. We will only allow our third parties to process your personal data for the specified purpose, mentioned above and in accordance with our instructions.

International transfers of your personal data
Where we transfer your personal data to another country we will ensure it is protected by the appropriate safeguards. Please contact us at DPPC@bflexion.com for more information.

Storage of your personal data
We will only retain any other personal data you have provided to us for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose we collected it for.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purpose for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means and the applicable legal requirements.

Your Rights
You have several legal rights in relation to the personal data that we hold about you. These rights include:

  • the right to obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data and access to the personal data which we hold about you;
  • the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. Please note, however, that we may still be entitled to process your personal data if we have another legitimate reason (other than consent) for doing so;
  • in some circumstances, the right to receive some personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or request that we transmit those data to a third party where this is technically feasible. Please note that this right only applies to personal data which you have provided to us;
  • the right to request that we rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • the right to request that we erase your personal data in certain circumstances. Please note that there may be circumstances where you ask us to erase your personal data but we are legally entitled to retain it; and
  • the right to object to, and the right to request that we restrict, our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. Again, there may be circumstances where you object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of your personal data but we are legally entitled to continue processing your personal data and / or to refuse that request.

Changes to this privacy statement
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Statement at any time, and we will make an updated copy of such Privacy Statement available to you via the Digital Pass and notify you when we make any substantial updates.
